  1. It's interesting that the OMO GA talked about FEMA Camps and I am wondering who mentioned that there is one or was questioning about one in Medford.

From my research, there are no actual FEMA Camps within Medford or Jackson County and when doing research there is a mis-conception that there is one located in Josephine County (Grants Pass Area) and this is some what un-true.

In my research in the past few years, literally any large building, stadium, or land expanse can be easily setup by FEMA to create a Camp to house literally thousands within 4-6 HOURS!

So thinking about Medford, I would think that either the Medford Armory could be used as one, the (old) South Medford High School 'Fred Spiegelberg' Stadium, and there is a lot of land west of White City that could also be setup. Yet most of the 'rumors' about FEMA Camps is that all the old Japanese Internment Camps from WWII have been renovated and re-purposed to house 'terrorists' and 'illegal immigrants' en masse. See this story below:

Big Sis Orders Homeland Security ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) To Prepare for Massive Influx of 'Illegal Immigrants' as "Directive Follows Leaked KBR (Halliburton) Memo Requesting Subcontractors to Service Detention Camps":

Under FEMA Oregon exists within REGION X which includes Alaska, Washington, Idaho and Oregon with Seattle being the REGION X Capitol.

    Oregon:

Sheridan - Federal Prison Satellite Camp NW of Salem / FEMA Center
Klamath Falls - Kingsley Field (New : Un-Researched)
    Umatilla - New Prison Spotted
Josephine County Internment Camp (See Above)...

Until the new Klamath Falls Kingsley Field Center, the closest Japanese Internment Camp that is remotely close to Jackson County / Medford Oregon is the Tule Lake facility was fairly close to Klamath Falls on the other side of the California border.

So in other words, until proven different, there is no actual facility located within Jackson or Josephine Counties in Southern Oregon with the closest location now being Klamath Falls (Kingsley Field) which is yet to be researched on my behalf.

  3. I'm extremely interested to see what your research turns up. I know many people at Kingsley Field so let me know if I can help.
